Starting week two in this strange house. The main person of the house, in dog talk we call him the alpha dog, keeps petting me and touching me when im eating. At first, my instinct was to growl and try to bite. Nobody touches my food! But after a while, i realised that its probably okey to be touched, cuz no one seems to want to take away my food. Ive been feeling really confident these past few days, and have been biting every human, sofa, table and wooden object in site. It feels good!! But then, every time i do that, some one comes and yells NOOOO ROCKET NOOOO in my face . Whats the big deal? Im just chewing the sofa. Isnt it emant for chewing? They keep shoving these rubber toys in my mouth when im trying to bite the sofa. Who WANTS rubber toys to bite when you have a sofa!!! Its tuesday morning and i have found my voice. I was happily biting the little girls hand, and suddenly she yelped ouch and looked angry. She said ' BAD DOG!! ROCKET! NOO!' grrrrr. grr grr grr. But then after all, they do love me, i can sense it. Mwahaha

WELCOME ONE N ALL- TO A DOGS BLOG
Hey everyone! I'm Rocket, the rockin and rollin pup. My owner, disha, adopted me from the WSD (i.e. wlefare of street dogs)
On 21st june, 2008, i was lying as usual in my cage, when suddenly a young girl of about 12 came to my cage. She patted me and played with me and i didnt notice anything sttrange. Suddenly, before i knew it, iwas hauled out of my cage and into the arms of the same girl. She took me into a strange thing that looked like a box with wheels on it. Daisy, a lady who had been taking care of me in WSD also came in the car, and surprisingly she got out and left me alone with this strange girl. It was then that i realised my fate might be with this family. I looked around to see a tall woman and a tall man. They looked so large and big to me, a small, thin little puppy. After some time, the box stopped and the young girl took me inside a strange new place. I spent the whole day exploring and at night, after a peaceful meal i went into a deep sleep. I spent the rest of the days doing pretty much the same, except the last few days ive been really adventurous. From the thin scared puppy i was, i am now a confident healthy puppy!! I also like to iriitate my owner by getting into all kinds of scraps. Thats all for now! Stay tuned to know more about the life and times of ME!!
